■The correct way to put out garbage（foreign language）
Three version of " The correct way to put out garbage" were made for foreigners living in Soja. English version, Potuguese version, and Chinese version are available.
Foregin language version are distributed to each hosehold registered by September, 2008. This is also distributed when goreigner comes to fill the procedure for change of address.
