When you call 110:
State when, where, and what happen to an operator.
Give an operator your name and address, and phone number.
When you call 119:
Youfll have to tell an operator either it is emergency or it is fire.
Tell an operator your address.
If you donft know the address, tell them about a landmark near you.
If it is sudden illness or serious injury, tell an operator what happen and symptoms.
If you call 119 from your cellular phone in Soja (Soja shi and Kurashikishi Mabi cho), the phone call directly goes to Soja shi fire department. If a call is made close to the boarder with other district, a call might goes to different municipal fire department. In that case, call will be transferred to the Soja shi fire department.
