Starting and stopping the service or changing the name
Starting the service
You have to report to the City water section when you start using the service due to moving in.
You have to apply the day before you start using the service. If the day is Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, apply on Friday. If the day you want to start is on National holiday, or between December 29 and January 3, apply on the last day that city hall is open.
If the residence is an apartment or a rented house, a real estate agent might apply for you, so contact real estate agent first.
Stopping the service
Do not forget to report to city water section if you want to stop the service.
If the day when you want to stop the service have been decided, report to a counter of city water section or call city water section.
Changing the name on the application
If you want to change the name on the application, it is necessary for you to report to the city water section. You can either call or visit the city water section.

The city water section is not working on Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and between December 29 and January 3.
It takes a day to process.
