| Application for change of registry of the Alien registration (other change) |
(1) When your resident status, period of stay, occupation or employer is changed, apply within 14 days after the change.
(2) If the head of your family, your relationship with the head or family listing is changed, you have to report before other applications
(3) If you are issued new passport, you have to report before applying for other alien registration.
(4) When your nationalities or name is changed, apply with in 14 days.
Document necessary for application:
(1) Alien Registration card, passport
(2) Alien Registration card
(3) Alien Registration card, passport
(4) Alien Registration card, passport, the document which you change or correct your name or nationalities.
Reminder:
If your age is 15 or younger, your relatives living in the same residence have to apply. |
